The product never arrived to destination. They marked "delivered to a third" without saying to who.
The customer service is slow and they only say to check in the nearby drop-off points.

I have been trying to return trtl’s products. They responded initially with encouragement on how to use the pillow. I bought 3, one for myself and the other two for gifts. Since I didn’t like the pillow, I don’t want to give them to anyone else. I told them I still wanted to return, since then I have not received the form needed to return. This process has been going on for over a week. I have been ghosted by them for several days. I guess I’m out over a hundred dollars!
