Probably one of the best companies I’ve brought a product from in a very long time. Customer service exemplary and other businesses could lean a lot from their model. Absolutely brilliant company with the right attitude and values. First class customer journey experience.

"Good neck support "

Eventually I managed to replace the neck pillow I left on a plane ( it really did help me sleep) - initially the wrong product was delivered and it was not easy to find out how to resolve it. Once someone was on the case it was sorted easily enough, so I am ready for the next long journey.

"High hopes of sleep on long haul "

I haven’t used my Trtl plus pillow yet but bought it for a long haul flight to Japan. I have tried it on and need to practise a bit so I can put it on correctly when on the flight. But it feels very supportive and soft and comfortable so I have high hopes of my head staying in place rather than flopping at a weird angle and looking forward to getting some sleep. Delivery was quick and it was nicely packaged.

Ordering was easy, great communication & the order arrived on time. I cannot comment as yet on the Trtl's effectiveness as have purchased them for 6 of us travelling to long haul later this year.. however if they are as good as other reviews it will be money well spent.

I purchased 8 pillows for a family trip. I received 4 original pillows and 4 plus pillows. I contacted customer service and told them I wanted 8 original pillows. They responded quickly to my emails and dealt with the situation asap. I wore my original pillow on the plane and slept the entire time. Great pillow and fantastic customer service.

"UNCOMFORTABLE "

The TRTL ‘pillow’ is the most uncomfortable ‘pillow’ I have ever tried. And you have to pay to return it if purchased on the UK store!!!!!!!!!!

Bought as a gift for someone who travels a lot with work.
He absolutely loves it. Solid 7hours sleep on a long flight with no neck stiffness .

The cushion itself is a good solution, but the fabric sack has torn as soon as I attached it to my backpack and we, budget travellers, don't have any extra space in our handluggage. So now it is about carrying it in my hands or leaving it at home

"Trtl cool pillow"

I am yet to travel with this but so far it seems comfortable and I look forward to using it in a few weeks. It was a shame it wasn't possible to order different colours as part of the bundle.
