"Didn't honour discount offer"

I was offered a 15% discount on my first purchases, bought the standard pillow, and was then told my discount code wasn't valid for the item in my cart!

Definitely better than the usual neck pillow - I did some sleeping on the plane which normally I can’t do; though I had to take it off and on a few times as I got pretty hot in it. It’s good that it packs away flat; but does the Velcro on the bag have to be so fierce? The first time I got it out I thought I was going to wake up everyone on the flight!

My new Trtl travel neck pillow made my 15-hour Australia flights much more bearable, and was a major factor in allowing me to get a decent amount of sleep. The planes were also chilly most of the time, so I often kept the Trtl on while awake since the cozy neck wrap kept me warmer than just the airline blanket. At just a couple of inches over 5ft tall, and with a short neck, I bought the child size, which was perfect. The plastic shaper did make it a bit bulky to pack, but I found that it curved over the top of my purse in my backpack & that worked out well.

Tried it a couple of times. It’s just not for me - either it’s too loose and won’t stay in place on my shoulder, or it’s too tight and hurts my neck. Ended up feeling very crunchy in my neck - and no sleep - so gave up both times.

Took these to NYC and used on the red eye back. My teenage daughter was too embarrassed to use it so that was a waste of money... however I tried mine. Encountered resistance from rude passenger in reclining seat at sleep time so wasn't able to sleep as it happens, but put the trtl on and tried. Only 3 stars because it kept moving and slipping away from my neck, meaning I had to tighten it and readjust then it felt restrictive. Very difficult to get the position right and spent alot of time faffing about. Don't know if the fleece is too stretchy, one is certainly more so than the other and slightly longer even though they are the same size. Good concept but costly considering I still didn't get any rest. And sleep in economy with rude passengers is impossible. And yes trtl, I did try it out before I went but didn't make any difference. It was hit and miss then too. Thought the seat position would help but sadly not. I guess you have to decide whether you can sleep with a tight neck brace! A waste of money for me unfortunately.

"Terrible delivery experience in EU"

My first Trtl item went missing after their courier left it on the street and claimed that was a delivery. They required me to hunt around for it before they would “initiate the next steps” to issue a replacement. I asked them to provide information from the courier to prove it had been delivered. They ignored this twice. Eventually they thanked me for returning it (I obviously didn’t, as it was not here) and sent a replacement. They used Hermes again. I assume they really need the extra euro or two that they save using such a terrible courier. The second delivery was supposed to come yesterday. I was here all day. Suddenly I receive an e-mail claiming they tried again to deliver but could not reach me. At this stage I will never know if the Trtl product is any good because they insist on partnering with such an unreliable contractor.

Great delivery. Good neck support and then I left it on a plane and that was the end of that!
