The travel pillow was uncomfortable and overpriced. Return experience was difficult and I still haven’t received a refund despite paying return postage. Would not recommend.

"Amazing does not cover how good they are"

Not only this is an AMAZING travel pillow, the customer service is supreme! They exceeded all expectations and went above AND beyond!
I travel a lot but never got one of those neck pillows because, aside from being bulky, they really do not work well, your head keeps bobbling around and in the end, you end up with neck pain. Decided to try this and OMG, complete lifesaver!! Slept incredible! And not only that! It kept me warm haha (I got the original one, so it hugging my neck was great because I would usually get cold on my neck so would have to put on a blanket or something.)

Had an issue with a delivery that got stuck somewhere and customer service went above and beyond to help. Quick response, amazing treatment, they're just incredible all the way around.

An expensive mistake, misled by Trtl incredible social media ads. Terrible return policy, I bought their double comfort bundle, I have used one of them on a recent overseas trip, so I can only return one Trtl Pillow (unopened unused) and your free gift of passport cover (unopened & unused) AT MY EXPENSE

It was very disappointing- material is stiff and horrible against my skin and Trtl ads and video were soo good, they misled me to believe that I purchased the best neck pillow and bought two one for me and one for my daughter. The perils of online shopping, never again! Don’t be misled!

Great for travelling long haul. Was given one as a gift and have purchased for my daughter for our Caribbean flights. Take up no space in hand luggage. Easy to use and comfortable.

Great product! Got me 7 hours of sleep on a 12-hour flight. Delivery was also swift - Trtl delivered 2 days earlier than the latest ETA date provided.
