"Awful business"

Awful business. Constant emails despite replying multiple times asking to remove me from their email list.
What’s worse is they are purely idiotic in their outreach - why would I, an online tutor need first aid training? I haven’t attended their training (and don’t plan on it) but I doubt you can offer CPR through a laptop screen.

Even if I wanted to get first aid training, your CRM and awful responses would have put me off.

"AVOID THIS COMPANY SCAMMERS AND DISHONEST!"

AVOID THIS COMPANY! They are part of Tutor Care who have an appalling reputation and stole almost £1000 from us having paid them for 3 training courses which they failed to turn up for with absolutely no notice a few years ago, they refused to take any calls and did not respond to our emails (there were many)!
We have since been approached by In-House first aid, to which we asked for some training. Today I received a reply stating my 'ticket has been closed' with no reply whatsoever by phone call or email to my enquiry. The ticket response came from Tutor care so alarm bells are now ringing.
Tutor Care and now In-house first aid are totally untrustworthy and the fact they are operating under different names speaks volumes.
They lack honesty, integrity and moral values to name just a few. We can only assume that the lack of reply is due to the fact that they have realised they still owe us this money from a few years ago!
So our advice to all is avoid unless you want to be out of pocket.

Part of the Tutorcare group as stated in there small print. Tutorcare have failed to pay a bumber of trainers only offering part payment then set up new companies. Have worked for them as a freelance trainer and raised many concerns to how they book courses would avoid or look at the feedback for Tutorcare before making a decision.

"reluctant to book"

i haven't booked training and with the way my enquiry was handled I wont be. I made an enquiry though your website and i will give them their due they called me back straight away . i wrote down what i was looking for in the enquiry but it seemed they didn't take note as I had to repeat myself. the guy that was dealing with my enquiry kept talking over me and just told me the course 'i needed'. i said i would think about it and he said he would email over the costs ( i never received them and i called back and still never received them). i called back the 3rd time as i saw another course that i wanted to enquire about with a few questions and was told 'that's not the course you want'. If im honest my thought was how would you know i want? he then was pushy for me to book the course and kept talking over me. i replied that i was going to book it somewhere else as i felt like my opinion about my own booking wasn't valued. he then went on about we are the lowest costs and was very pushy

"Relentless phone calls!"

Made an enquiry on the website - specifically asked them to email me back (not call) as I was not in the office (I work from home, but didn't feel the need to mention reasons). Within 2 minutes they had called my office and have not stopped calling since. It's been nearly 2 weeks now!
When they did eventually email me, I replied to say that I was fed up with the calls, despite what I had requested & asked to be removed from their database. They have still not stopped calling! It's go so bad that we have now blocked their number. They are still calling and leaving messages. I have today replied to another email, again asking to be removed from their database.
It's an awful sales approach. We literally feel like we are being harassed and they have completely ignored my initial requests of email contact only. So unprofessional and quite frankly have left myself and my work colleagues feeling nothing but cross!
Needless to say I wont be booking any training with this company and feel their approach would be more suited to selling double glazing..
Definitely do not recommend!

"we found the trainer to be quite…"

we found the trainer to be quite inappropriate at times, with regards to expressing sexist and mildly racist views. He did not interact or show much interest in the audience. The afternoon felt empty of content and he finished the day very early. I would not recommend this trainer.
