This tracker is extremely well made and attractive to look at. It fixes very securely to my dog’s collar and he seems totally unaware that it is there.
The app is easy to use and more when the dog runs into the woods I am able to see where he is by watching the map. The satellite view is also excellent as it helps to identify features not identifiable on the map such as hedgerows and woods.
The charger is neat and fairly quick (it can also charge my phone!).
I thought the PitPat would just be a gimmick but the more I use it the more it becomes indispensable.

Fabulous device. I can monitor how far the dog walker has walked my dog. I can ensure I’m not over walking him and stressing his joints. I stays on his collar firmly and when he gets wet it still works.

Laura from customer service was excellent with a query on 8th August. Now have two PitPats (one for a Standard Dachshund and the other for a Doberman). Very accurate and worth the price as was paying a monthly subscription for a different GPS tracker.

I like the product as I need to be able to find my dog at our field where the grass is long, however, it takes a long time to connect to the satellites (often 3-4 minutes) which is a long time when you are looking for your pet.

Easy set-up, accurate tracking, small and light, no subscription, well priced. Whats not to like?

Buying experience was great, product perfect and arrived quickly.

App is fairly easy to use, although not the best, and allows real-time tracking. Activity monitor seems OK. If you want to record walks or see them on a map however you need a subscription.

Coverage isn't the best where we live, but then we get very poor mobile signal anyway
