"The GPS tracker stopped working after…"
The GPS tracker stopped working after two outings. The tracker was fully charged. We were in open space without tree coverage etc.
I looked at FAQ but in the end sent an email to request help. Six days later I'm still waiting for at least an acknowledgement and preferably some suggestions.
In the absence of any forthcoming help I've still tried the tracker. It seems to work intermittently. This is very unsatisfactory and a great disappointment. I still have 30 days to be convinced it is worth £129.

"I really don't want to give a negative…"
I really don't want to give a negative review... the tracker arrived promptly, all information was very good. The app was easy to setup and use.
Problems arose when actually tracking our dog, it was too hit and miss, there were large gaps in the dogs location being seen, so we couldn't confidently rely on the unit finding our dog if she went missing. One day it would work, next day GPS didn't find the dog at all. If the GPS issue could be resolved this would be an excellent product.

"It doesn't work"
It doesn't work. Insufficient mobile and satellite coverage. Customer service was very good though, full refund, no quibble.

"Customer service/ support second to none,"
Pitpat staff are always friendly and extremely helpful, taking time to talk you through any problems you might encounter,( even when of your own making), until your problem has been resolved! The pit pat itself is worth every penny, it literally does do," everything it says on the tin"!

"Pit pat review "
Fits well on the collar. Comes with it's own app. Unfortunately most of the tracking lag's behind, even in built up areas with a good signal it can be difficult to track your dog. In more remote areas the signal glitches so badly it can make it unusable. You also need to remove the device off the collar to charge it every 2 or 3 days.

"First check before purchase When one purchases PitPat you are…"
When one purchases PitPat you are unaware whether it will work in your area with signals The company should offer a check system that show its effectiveness at connecting to the signal before purchase. This was only offered to me once I had bought it and it failed to work .i was told in would be slow .it was .taking 44 mins or more to connect .A dog can travel a long way in that time ! Of course it then plays on one’s mind as to keep it or not ‘ it might work ? Just in case etc

"Didn't work anywhere …"
I live in the.forest of dean and it simply didn't work pretty much anywhere in my area. When it did it registered my dog 80m behind me when he was right in front of me. Staff were helpful regarding returning the tracker.
