"A very good idea, but battery life not great."
A very good idea, but relies on satellite signal.
Where we live this can be quite poor, so could be a problem if we needed to track our dog.
On the down side, the battery life of the collar tracker, only lasts a couple of days.
Really needs charging nearly every day. Would not last long if our dog went missing. This really does need addressing.

Very good communication with Customer Services when I reported lost tracker. Tried to locate from their end but not conclusive. As part of PitPat Life I was entitled to a ne tracker in a rolling year and was sent a replacement which just needed activating and then we were all set to go again.

Fairly simple to set up and use. Very helpful customer service.
Unfortunately we do not live in an area with a good signal, so battery goes flat quite quickly ,even on economy mode. Needs recharging at least every other day, even when hardly used for active locating.
Have only been sing for a week so will see how this goes, but may decide to return it.
