Salam my brothers and sisters, I can not thank brother Muhammad Asif enough for being the best planner for mine and my kids first umrah trip in ramadan April 2023 Makkah and Madina He offered me different options with hotels, flights etc and got me the best deals and package he could find which was brilliant. He was super attentive and kind, gave very fast replies and was very reassuring about any queries I had. Everything was so organised and smooth sailing, all documents, transports and itinerary was in check perfectly. We used this agent to book our trip for umrah however he changed our hotel in Mecca on several occasions and we ended up staying in the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life Swiss Al khalil claiming it was a five star hotel when in reality it was rated 3 stars however it should of been rated -1 star rooms were dirty not cleaned and when did finally change the towels they were stained and one of our party got bitten by a bed bugs and to cap it all we were never offered a reduction in the cost of the trip profiteering from a visit to such a holy place is not very Islamic in my eyes I would advise that you think very carefully before you use this agent
