I recently booked my Umrah trip with Omar Raza from Baitullah, and it was an excellent experience. The 10-day journey included direct flights with Saudi Airlines, hassle-free tourist visas, and stays at the Hilton convention in Makkah and Crowne Plaza in Madinah, both conveniently located near Masajid. The smooth transfer from Jeddah airport in a spacious mini-van accommodated all seven of us along with our luggage. Ziyara in both Makkah and Madinah, as well as transfers between the two cities and back to the airport, were seamlessly organized.

Despite changes to our original flights, Omar Raza was quick to rectify the issue, securing even more convenient alternatives on the same day. Alhamdulillah. By the mercy of Allah (swt) I have completed umrah with my wife. In this process Baitullah travels basically sister Sonia Mehak helped us a lot to get the evisa, hotel reservations and e tickets. One good thing about her is that she didn’t leave us when we paid full amout. Instead she used to knock me everyday to ask is everything going right. That’s was really a great customer service i have ever experienced. Without any doubt “Sonia Mehak” is an asset for Baitullah Travels.
