I’d highly recommend using this company when going for Umrah. Hiba was extremely helpful and patient whenever i had any questions and would always provide me with updates on when the hotels, plane tickets and visas were confirmed. The actual service i was given was 5 stars but the reason i gave it 4 was because our tour guides for Mecca and Madinah couldn’t speak English so we had to search up the history behind each landmark, our hotel in Madinah would keep leaking from the floor and the staff couldn’t do anything about it. However, that isn’t an issue with Baitullah travel so I wasn’t upset with them.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star, gave the company enough notice to cancel our tickets and the airline and hotels were willing to refund us full amounts as our mother died, moiz kept prolonging this refund and would not provide booking reference the company uses to book these tickets, is now ignoring all our phone calls and still has not sent our money back, we are still grieving the loss of our mother and these people have no shame in doing the right thing

I booked our 1st 10days Ramadan Umrah package with Muhammad Usama, he was exceptional from the planning through to the execution. Flights to and fro went smoothly. We had the best hotels both in Makkah and Medina, just walking distance to Haram. He was in contact with us throughout, making sure we were OK. I highly recommend. Muhammad Usama did a great job. We booked the umrah package on short time and Sonia booked this for us and it was a pleasant journey all the way to Makkah than medina, we didn't have any issues whatsoever, transport was arranged from airport to hotel and then from makkah to medina and to airport.
Sonia was in touch all the way and been in contact until we got on the plane back home.
Definitely 5+ star rating for Sonia.
I will definitely recommend this to my friends and family.
