Russell made my experience with Perfect Comfort, well Perfect, He was so very knowledgeable about the items that we had discussed.
I had a lot of different items that I needed to know about and he was able answer ALL of them! I ended up buying one of the Split Kings and I can hardly wait until it gets here. He is such an asset for your company. I know that if I ever needed anything else in the future he would probably still remember who I was and what I had bought. Kudos to Russell and to Perfect Comfort for hiring such a caring and knowledgeable person! Believe me I will recommend Perfect Comfort and tell them to be sure to ask for Russell!
