Worst customer experience ever! Lied about the product, lied about the delivery leadtime, never returned calls, and when the product finally arrives they send the wrong size. Now the joy of getting the wrong product back to them and getting me the product I ordered. Unreal what a headache this has been.

"It has been almost 1 year since our purchase"

We purchased our Personal Comfort mattress a little less then a year ago and after sleeping on a waterbed for over 40 years I wasn't sure if we would be able to adjust. I have to say from day 1 we sleep like babies. I love this mattress. I watched the YouTube video before we put it together and it made it very easy to assemble. The construction of this bed is very impressive. The whole inner works are made of quality material and seems to be very durable. Compared to a standard mattress well, there is no comparison. I get to adjust my side and my husband gets to adjust his side. I feel nothing when he gets out of bed or moves around and visa versa. I have recommended this bed to anyone that will listen.
