Russell helped me with the purchase of a mattress. He was helpful explaining in detail what I should expect. He made sure all my questions were answered and let me know he is there for us in the future even if it's not his department he would help us.

I Spoke with a guy named Russell. This was a big purchase and was on the edge primarily because of customer service. My fear was buying a bed and not getting support. Russell was genuine. He took his time in explaining things properly to us. He wasn’t pushy nor did he try to over upsell what we wanted. There was no pressure with save this if you do it now. The experience was fantastic for making the purchase. So far I’m impressed but I always like to come back and leave an additional review a year later with the continued feedback of service and product. So far things have been fantastic and we are excited to receive our bed.
