They came and set up the bed they didn't ask about the height of the bed messed up cords underneath and didn't plug them all in the surge protector when they left they just gave me a box with parts in it. No booklet on the set up for bed or how the mattress stuff works. We ended up looking up u tube and took it apart and put it together right. they tried backing up in neighbors drive to get into ours and got stuck and tore up there yard and ended up parking in road. Motor is loud when you adjust the bed to the number you want, we didn't realize that! lights under bed from the cords bright.

Spoke with Jordan back in September of 2021 and he spent the time we needed to help us understand the product and what Personal Comfort had to offer. We weren't in the position at that time to purchase the bed that we truly wanted, so we asked him to send us his contact info and that we would reach back out to him when we were ready. Bottom line, it was 6 months, but we contacted him and he helped walk us through the process. We appreciate his help and knowledge and are looking forward to receiving our new bed. We will be sure to refer anyone who is looking for a new bed to Jordan and Personal Comfort.
