So I was in the market for a new bed and I had done my research but was still undecided which number bed to purchase. After a few times playing phone tag me and Russell Spring the personal comfort sales expert got in touch, he helped me decide on which mattress to get. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We needed a new mattress and my daughter recommended Personal Comfort. Andrew answered my call. He kindly and patiently answered all my questions, and advised me not to rush. When I called back the next day, I had more questions and I ordered our bed. Our bed was made specifically for us after I chose the options I wanted.
After the bed was set up, I had more questions and Andrew helped again. He forwarded my question and concerns on our specific needs to Kaitlyn (support personnel). Kaitlyn was incredibly helpful in getting an additional product (without cost) to make our bed more comfortable for sleeping. We so much appreciate Kaitlyn's call and emails in giving information and assuring that everything was good for us. This is a company with people who care. I’m a 100% disabled veteran with serious back injuries which I have had three surgeries to correct with minimal success. I ordered the top of the line Personal Comfort adjustable bed with all the bells and whistles. I was initially disappointed that it didn’t meet my expectations. However, the entire customer service team including Kaitlyn, who I have worked with the most, have pulled out all the resources available to resolve my issues. We are making progress. They have sent out teams of technicians to resolve my issues. They have augmented my mattress with additional product at no additional cost to me. We have ordered additional firming foam and scheduled another team of technicians to install it. Kaitlyn and her team have been a pleasure working with and beneficial in helping to resolve my issues by customizing my bed for my specific issues. I am getting the customer service that warrants my highest appreciation and my highest recommendation. I’m pleased with the efforts made to satisfy my unique needs. Thank you Personable Comfort and Kaitlyn for all you have done to earn my gratitude and respect.

"Post Surgery Comfort"

We bought out Personal Comfort Bed because I wanted to have the best comfort after having surgery. It was the best decision. I was able to find my sleep number for a wonderful sleep and also took advantage of the zero gravity button. The bed was an asset to my recovery.
We are still waiting for the king size pillows that was part of the bundle deal but we understand the delivery crisis we are in. Thank you Personal Comfort 🙏🏼
