I recently started using Aspiration app. So far so good! Great product and easy to use. Not sure about data syncing when alternate between the app downloaded on my iPad and my Laptop (HP); I am still figuring things out. Overall, I am getting more value than what I expected.

I've sent 3 messages to their Help desk because of an error when purchasing. It's been days and I have yet to hear back from them. I've been a loyal user for years. I am very disappointed and about ready to lodge a dispute with PayPal. UPDATE: TechEd contacted me ASAP, issued a refund, and we are trying to understand why previous requests from me never showed up. Thank you!

Reviewing the cloud version of Inspiration. The tech is the app running in a windows container in parallels. 1/ The connectivity to other cloud services like onedrive are broken. 2/ the additional apps like a copy of word say they need updating but it doesn't work. 3/ Don't log out of the "account" it will never let you sign in again. 4/ Good luck with getting a response from support - total silence so far. not worth £118 a year. Frankly its rubbish.
I have made contact with support. First: its surprising a properly validated email from a company to go into spam.
Second it is claimed that some of the stuff that is available only works with a DSA version, which apparently I don't have ( I am a person with a DSA letter - but let's ignore that for now). I most strongly suggest that if its not available for the education version I purchased. DISABLE IT then I can't waste time on it.
Third: EVERY university has OneDrive. Microsoft has cornered the market. You are crazy not to support it as part of an education package and without it. The package isn't worth £118.
