I love the Inspiration product and have used it for many years. The hassle of downloading and installing the app was not as seamless as it should be for a one-license purchase, having to involve our IT team in the process. Otherwise, I'm happy.

I love the program's versatility and capacity (including backward compatibility), and my only complaint is that is seems very tricky to change the default font and I can't find how to permanently alter it in the instructional videos.

This is a fantastic program that I have used various versions of over the years. Can't fault it in terms of functionality and I recommend it to and encourage most of my learners to use it for planning work. My only query is the resolution quality of the graphics - lower than I would expect.

Upgraded to Version 11 of Inspiration from VER 9. I use the outline capabilities all the time in my business. Charting helps me communicate with our team. I really like the business model Inspiration uses; purchase a license for one payment without ongoing, continuing fees. That's the way it used to be.

Also I feel scammed.
V.11 works no better for me than v.10. Felt coerced to buy v.11 when I couldn’t get v10 to open on my replacement lap top and was told v.10 was no longer supported.
