I have used Inspiration for years as it is very useful at easily capturing ideas and developing them. It is a very intuitive program that has quite a bit of depth to it as well. If you are developing software or writing a book or report or just trying to organize your own thoughts, this is a must have communication tool, even if you're simply communicating with yourself.

I had already activated this software on two previous computers and when I contacted the support group, I was given the information I needed to complete the installation with minimal effort. My questions were answered and I received clear instructions on how to proceed.

I have been using an outline since "More" on the early Macintoshes. It is crucial to the way I work. I bought Inspiration when I switched to Windows working for Intel in 2000. Couldn't really work without it. Everything goes in there; song ideas, daily tasks,lists of all kinds. Thanks for all your good work.
