Do not buy!! Fraud!!
I placed an order in December for a Christmas gift and on the website it states will be shipped out on 12/19/22 and will be received before Christmas with the purchase of the expedited shipping. I did all that and I still have not received the item. It's January 19th of 2023!!! Only contact is thru email. I've requested a call back and no one called. Just emailed. After all my request I just let it go and figured I will just keep the item and figure out what to do with Christmas. Once the item finally shipped out and got into my city via USPS the item was "return to sender"! It was never even attempted to be delivered. This is all a scam and fraud! Just buy from Amazon! More reliable then this company. I am still fighting for my refund!! $100 down the drain!

"These knives suck"

These knives suck! Especially for $150 plus shipping. I bought a pair of knives that work better on Amazon for $20.

They have a "30 return guarantee" but it's only if they're damaged plus you having to cover shipping and 20% restocking fee. Don't waste your money!;

"Fake Japanese knives!"

Waited 32 days from the time I placed my order to the time I finally received my order. They are fake Japanese knives that are shipped from China. These knives are sharp, but seem poor quality, and the stainless steel knife holder doesn’t hold the knives properly. They wobble all around, and when trying to grab one the other knife slipped forward and cut my finger. Not worth the money.

They scammed me just like dozens of others. I unfortunately discovered after I had ordered the cleaver. I paid Dec 16 2022. Today is Jan 13 2023 still nothing. Tracking claims it being held up in LA customs well thats not me so again never made it to me .Dispute a claim with PayPal IM GETTING MY MONEY BACK "SEIDO KNIVES" Lol.They need SHUT DOWN

"I ordered knives as a Christmas present…"

I ordered knives as a Christmas present and paid for expedited delivery...1-4 days on December 22nd 2022. It's January 13th 2023 and still have NO KNIVES!! st least 30 emails back and forth, jusssst some auto response! Tried to call numerous times, no call back,ever! Countless texts, no resolve! Seido knives already took the money out of my account. So angry and frustrated with this terrible company! After this honest review, probably NEVER see these knives!

"TOOK WAY TOO LONG"

UPDATE(3.20.23); I finally got my knives on 1.18.23, but still very late from when I ordered it. The knives are okay and very sharp!
However, the pairing knife's handle feels undone, not smooth. It feels like I can get a splinter if I slide my finger down on it.
(12.20.23) I ordered a set of knives for Christmas gift but hasn't arrived. Customer service keeps saying it's in transit. It's been 23 days since I ordered in December and still no knives. I don't trust this company and after doing some research found out knives are coming from China and they're overpriced. False advertising, deceptive practices! Stay away! Save your money! I AM highly DISAPPOINTED!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They will trick you promising 5 business days delivery when it actually takes 3 weeks bc they order these Japanese knives from China. They promise you a refund and send you half of it and even though you show them receipts they still argue that $15 equals $25. The knives are great but you can order these at Amazon for fraction of the cost and with a speedy delivery. This is not a real company but someone doing drop shipping from home with lack of understanding of common business practices. Don’t waste your time and money with this “company”

I am really upset and disappointed with this company. We ordered the knife set on December 13, 2022. We got this for my mom's Christmas present. They said it would only take five business days after 10 business days we reached out to ask where they are. Supposedly they were still stuck in customs. They said they will come. It is now January 6 and we still have not received these knives. As soon as we asked for a refund we still haven't gotten any support from them and they have ghosted us. I have reached out to them four or five times and still have not had any return messages , no knives and no money back. my mom never got her Christmas present. Worst company so far.
