I bought Tron for 3 years solid. I woke up one day and every position was closed down. I spent. £1500. That would of been worth £600,000. Not just mine. But also my partners. I made £300. Do not trust this company. Buy on Trust wallet or Binace. They ruined my life.

For 60 consecutive days, I haven't received an official response from the technical support department or the complaints department, of iq option despite explicitly requesting it via private chat multiple times. I've been asking them clearly: Why haven't you sent an official email confirming receipt of the request? Why haven't I received an official response to any of the points I've raised? But they completely avoid sending any documents, proof, or even official emails that could be referred to later.

The only reliance they have is the website chat, which offers no real solutions, but instead repeats the same phrases: "We are optimistic that the issue will be resolved," "Your requests are under review," "We cannot specify a timeframe," "It may take three months or more."

Imagine that I requested a copy of the contract, one of the most basic rights of any customer, and yet I encountered this amount of procrastination without any real promise to fulfill the request! Is this acceptable from a company that claims to be regulated and licensed?!

Sadly, I never imagined I'd ever deal with such a bad company. I have over 20 years of experience in this field, and I have never encountered a company in my professional life that treated me with such disregard and indifference.

I believe that what is happening is not merely negligence, but rather part of a series of deliberate practices aimed at misleading customers and obstructing their rights. I will continue to take all legal and media measures to ensure my rights are restored and this entity is held accountable.

I strongly warn anyone considering dealing with this company. What is happening here can only be described as a complete lack of transparency and a blatant disregard for customer rights.

I wish I could give ZERO stars to IQ Option because that’s exactly what they deserve. This platform is nothing but a scam hiding behind flashy offers and false promises. They lure you in with bonuses and "limited-time offers," only to take your money and leave you hanging. Once they get your deposit, good luck getting it back or even getting proper support.

I am writing this review to share my extremely disappointing experience with IQ Option, an online trading platform I initially trusted. Despite waiting a long time and providing all requested information and evidence, my issue remains unresolved. I feel cheated and want to warn others about the risks of using this platform. Below is a step-by-step account of what happened:

1. Account Creation and Initial Deposit: On March 28, 2025, I created an account with IQ Option and deposited $380 into my trading account using my Skrill E-Wallet. My account ID is 177269162, and my full name is Mustansar Iqbal.

2. Placing Trades: On the same day, I placed two trades:

• First trade: EUR/JPY with $1 its loss.
• Second trade: USD/JPY with $379. The trade ID for this transaction is 18919478501.

3. Winning the Trade and Receiving Profit: I won the second trade on USD/JPY, and IQ Option credited $342.19 in profit to my account balance. I recorded video evidence of this trade, which clearly shows it was a legitimate win and that the profit was added to my account.

4. First Withdrawal Attempt: On March 28, 2025, at 6:58:22 AM, I requested a withdrawal of $20. This was processed successfully and received via my Skrill E-Wallet, which gave me confidence in the platform at the time.

5. Second Withdrawal Attempt and Rejection :On March 29, 2025, at 2:07:41 AM, I requested another withdrawal of $98. However, at 3:44 PM that day, I received an email from IQ Option stating that my withdrawal was rejected due to an “internal error.”

6. Trade Cancellation Email: Minutes after the rejection, I received a second email from IQ Option with this message:“Cancellation of trade Dear Client,We have been unable to execute a trade 18919478501 you have recently placed, because it has not been accepted by the third-party Market Maker… Subsequently, your order was not processed, and the invested amount has been returned to your account balance.”

This was shocking and made no sense. The trade had already been executed, I had won, and the profit was in my account—I even withdrew $20 from it! My video evidence proves the trade was completed successfully.

7. Profit Removed from Account: After sending the cancellation email, IQ Option removed the $342.19 profit from my account. This felt like they were intentionally taking back funds I had rightfully earned, especially since they only acted after I tried to withdraw more money.

8. Verification Process and No Response: To resolve this, I submitted all verification details they asked for: my account ID (177269162), full name (Mustansar Iqbal), and proof of my last deposit/withdrawal method (Skrill E-Wallet). They told me a specialist would handle my case within 24 hours, but despite sending multiple follow-up emails, I’ve received no reply.

9. Evidence and Repeated Attempts to Resolve: I’ve contacted IQ Option several times, sharing my video evidence of the trade (Transaction ID: 18919478501) and screenshots of my account balance showing the profit before it was removed. I’ve asked them to restore my profit and approve my withdrawal, but they’ve ignored me, and my account remains restricted.

10. Final Warning Ignored: I sent a final email giving them a strict 12-hour deadline to fix the issue, warning that I’d escalate it by filing complaints with regulatory bodies and posting reviews online. Even after this, IQ Option has not responded or taken any action.

Conclusion: This experience has been frustrating and unfair. IQ Option accepted my trade, credited my profit, allowed a small withdrawal, and then reversed everything when I tried to withdraw more. Their refusal to reply or resolve this is unacceptable. I’m now planning to file complaints with the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) in Pakistan, the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), and other authorities. I’ll also share my story on social media to alert others.

If you’re thinking of using IQ Option, I strongly recommend reconsidering. Be cautious of these potential risks!

Puedo decir que no está mal y que me gusta:) El trading es bastante cómodo, independientemente del movimiento actual del activo que quiero escoger, funciona bien con todo lo que opero, desde acciones a opciones;:) La fiabilidad está en un nivel decente, como mínimo, no hay problemas con los pagos y la ejecución.
