"We love the coat"

We love the coat. When it came, it was a little snug. So I contacted Waudog
and they instructed me to send it back with a shipping label that was sent.
We received another coat and it fits perfectly. Our dog walks with a little pep.
He knows he looks good.

We wish the zipper was on the top, though if you do not unzip entirely, you can slip it on easily. Also it would be nice to sew in a spot to bring up his ring to
attach his leash. We put his harness over his coat presently.

"Fraud alert!"

I tried to purchase a product earlier this month from Waudog. They charged me, but never sent the product. It is stuck in "label created" status for two weeks and customer service agents will not address this. I will start a fraud complaint tomorrow and encourage you to avoid this company. There are reams of complaints, it seems, and this company regularly neglects to send purchases.

"Waudog Fails in Customer Service and Processing Returns"

I tried to return a jacket to Waudog. I liked it, but it didn’t fit my dog. Waudog wouldn’t send me a return label and blocked my emails requesting one. While I like their products, I would never buy from them again EVER. I was never impolite in my communications with them. Also, if you try to call their Customer Service number, no one picks up.

They have not sent me my order or even a tracking number. They told me my order must have been lost in the mail. After the last comment they will not reply to anymore. It's been 2 months. I'm pretty sure I'm just out the money because they are not taking care of anything. I would not recommend them for anything.

"This jacket seems well made but is…"

This jacket seems well made but is paper thin and will not keep our dog warm in any way. This was the most expensive jacket we’ve ever bought for her and unfortunately the most useless in terms of warmth.
It’s a pretty colour but that’s really it.
My first order was also lost so it took 2 months to receive it and now it’s too cold for her to even wear this one.
Customer service was great however and did their best to send out a replacement ASAP.

I love the color and the style but it is a bit large. I measured my dog and ordered accordingly, even so the coat is very loose around her waist area. I know she has a large chest and that might be the problem as that measurement counted in picking the size. I will try to adjust by sewing some darts in for her.

"Good but could be perfect!"

Jacket is practical and cute and does it's job of keeping my short-haired young rescue (who saw snow for the first time yesterday!) warm. Not 5 stars only because it takes a long long time for me to figure out how to hold her and get the zipper to zip. Wish the zipper were larger and easier to navigate with a squiggly pup!

Very good quality. I purchased the small one for my 7 pound dog. The pink color is very solid and bright. I really do like it.

"I bought two of the same coats"

I bought two of the same coats, size xs and s. Both fit the dogs they were intended for perfectly. My tiny Yorkie males private parts stir clear of wetting the coat. A BIG plus!! The zip front is a whole lot better than Velcro. My only advice is to leave a little more material under zipper so hair doesn’t get caught. Easy to protect from, but might be hindered by an active puppy. I will certainly order more of them. Lightweight, yet very warm. My Yorkies approve….I wish I could post a pic. but see no way to do so. I chose the reversible aqua blue and black. Gorgeous
