"HORRIBLE COMPANY"

Sizing not accurate. 1 item never arrived. You can’t return until you get a response email giving you the address of where to send it. After 5 emails and a 2-3 weeks still no response. Keep in mind you can’t return after a month…also the one item never shipped and they still charged me for it. HORRIBLE COMPANY. Never ordering from them again. Also the 1 out of the 2 items I received was nothing special. They sell animal QR collars on Amazon for cheaper and you can return if it doesn’t fit. Quality is the same. Ordered 1/7/23 it’s now going on 3rd week. Just horrible experience for basic product.

We love the puller ring and so far it is holding up to some pretty intense tug! I love how light and durable it is (very easily portable, as well) and my dog loves chasing after it and playing tug. Shipping was fast and efficient. Overall, definitely 12/10!

Ordered on November 25th and still has not left the original country. I needed this by December 10th and cannot cancel.

I ordered the “Eco-Friendly Re-Cotton Leash For Dogs” size XXL for $22.95 (order was from Greece and was held up in customs 10 days where I had to pay an extra $16) and a couple of months later I received the same leash type but size XL that costs $17.95. So I did not get what I actually ordered and was cheated (by mistake i suppose) $5…

Waudog has excellent customer service. Their follow up is like none I’ve ever had before. The quality of their products I have purchased are excellent. Unfortunately I have an active and destructive Lab puppy. One of the many products I purchased fid not survive but Waudog was very prompt in issuing a refund and suggesting another product that might suit my needs. They’re a great company!?

"Misleading advertising"

Purchased the Glamour collar and leash set for my dog because it was advertised as flourecent, neon pink. It was not. I reached out to customer service and while they have been very kind and professional, no one will except a return/refund for the items I purchased that are still in its original packaging. Not particularly happy.

Edit: After a little more communication, Waudog was willing to send a prepaid label and refund the purchase of the collar and leash. I am still out the $10 shipping to initially receive the item. Thanks
