"Waudog is an excellent compamy!"

Waiting is an excellent company with superior customer service. I got a World's Lightest Dog Vest/Jacket. It is beautiful and very well made and indeed, light as a feather. I ordered the wrong size since I had not yet picked up my dog from the dog shelter, but they were very accommodating in helping me return it. I would highly recommend this company for all your dog products.

I oriented the size after the size chart and measured my dog, the coat didn’t fit , when I sent an email to the company about returning the coat … never heard from them…that’s bad customer service. Also in regards to the coat, a zipper in the bottom/dogs belly is not practical at all !!!

"Lower quality than expected"

Definitely lower quality than expected. Still a working leash but not worth the price. The design to loop your hand through and keep it on your wrist is convenient, but dog owners should be aware of when they use the feature as they won’t be able to quickly retract the leash back.

Such great, quality products (especially coats). I appreciate offering sizes for actual large dogs! It’s impossible to find coats for my german shepherd. Customer service is also incredible - strongly recommend!

"I ordered 3 items on Nov 14"

I ordered 3 items on Nov 14, 2021. They let me know these would take a little longer to come. They charged my Mastercard. I contacted them on Nov 27 and said just send one of the 3 if they have it. Again I sent a message on Dec 4th asking them to cancel the order or just send the one thing. They have not responded to either message. My Mastercard does not reveal a phone number for them, but my agent did. On my mastercard they come up as Collarglobal and their # is 888-374-9497. The person answering speaks a foreign language and I got nowhere.

Very pretty dog leashes. They are really nice to the touch and well made. Would recommend but took a long time. Was worth the wait.
