Amazing service! I bought my fiancee a watch from TrueFacet, and it arrived exactly as described. Shipped out in a timely manner, and Allison from customer service was so pleasant and dispelled any doubts or worries I had. Would recommend them if you're looking to buy a luxury piece, but don't want to spend an arm and a leg on something brand new.

The items are as promised and when I had a problem with ordering one item Allison, in customer service, was amazingly kind and professional in sorting out my difficulty. I will definitely recommend and but from True Facet again!

"Risky to use TrurFacet"
Purchased a one year old Tag Heuer back in October. About a month later the rubber fell off the pusher. This watch is new in 2017. It was clear that the previous owner poorly glued it back on. They did not catch this in the review of watch or they did and just chose to leave it out. They informed me that it’s not covered in the one year warranty. My recommendation is to go somewhere else. It’s not worth the risk

I ordered an omega watch from these guys about a month ago. It started out good...got a confirmation email, and they shipped within the week. I received my package and it had the watch I had ordered. The staff themselves were fine and professional.
The problem was the watch was nowhere near as described. The watch was described as in excellent condition, I was only interested in buying a watch that was never worn or excellent condition. When I received it I saw there were scratches all over the bezel. When I asked for a refund they did give me the ability to return it, but I decided to just replace the bezel through omega and keep the watch because I did like it.
So I bring the watch to omega to replace the bezel and add two links that were missing from my bracelet that the previous owner took out and kept. The watch was missing so many links I couldn't wear it. So I bring the watch to omega to put my links in and upon a quick inspection the lady tells me it's pointless to buy the new links because the whole bracelet needs to be replaced. Evidentially all the pins holding it in place were loose and she told me if I wear this bracelet I will eventually lose the watch. This is a $600 bracelet we're talking about here. She takes a look through her jewelers loop and sees scratches that were attempted to be polished out. She is carefully reviewing the watch before keeping it so I sign off on the already existing damage before I hand it over to them to order and install the new bracelet. As she's reviewing it she's telling me the watch is probably going to need a full service, she was reluctant to play with the screw down crown. A full service is over $500 dollars. On top of all of this, replacing the bezel is $275.
This is terrible for a watch labeled excellent condition. I'm probably going to be into this at the end of all of this for what I would have paid for a brand new watch.
I'd buy somewhere else. This product just wasn't as described. God only knows what their products labeled light wear consist of.

After getting in touch with omega they have told me the dial was subject to water damage and needs to be replaced as well. What a terrible company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I placed an order March 2nd and needed it to arrive by March 14th. I called March 6th and 10th and got PHONE CALL CONFIRMATION the order would be delivered by the 14th. I called today, March 13th and they have told me they will not have the watch and that the seller never even had the watch in the first place. So they lied and lead me on this whole time and now I am left with no watch. The watch was a business gift for an extremely valuable partner hence the reason I ordered 2 weeks early and called multiple times to confirm I would receive the watch. I could have planned for this earlier and gotten a different watch but instead I am left with a business meeting tommorow with no watch and theres no way I can order one and get it here in time. They offered me no assistance and no recourse they just said "oops sorry heres a refund" and thats it. Horrible customer service and outright lieing about inventory and left me totally screwed! BUYER BEWARE!

Do not buy anything from TrueFacet. This company took longer than expected to deliver and the item was wrong when it arrived. Never again will I purchase or refer anyone to this company.

Ordered a Cartier bracelet as a gift for my wife for Christmas. Ordered late not truefacet's fault. Was supposed to arrive 1/5 which I planned to just give her a card and image etc of the bracelet. Talked with support team at TrueFacet and explained my concern. They got the bracelet overnighted to their facility and then overnighted to me. They contacted me to let me know along the way I offered to cover the shipping expense and they said not to worry about it. Bracelet arrived with plenty of time. Honestly being in the retail industry I have to say that this level of service is rare anymore.
