"Up load &down load speed dropped"

Had a problem with lit fibre, the 1st time since I have been with them in 10 months, I have 2 gaming kids and the speed has been brilliant until today. Spoke to an advisor named IRO absolutely brilliant and had us up and running in no time.
Cannot fault the service I received today.
