Jan13, 2024 purchased a online order. Today is the 30th and I still haven't received the order. Sent multiple emails, finally yesterday I got a call saying there was a "glitch with the online website" and said it would be delivered. It wasn't. But, it did arrive today. Delivery driver was wicked nice, the product, 5 stars.. Communication, not so much, thus the 4 stars.

When I order online it takes a long time until I receive any response or indication about when it will be ready for pickup. I end up just going in and getting my items. This happens regularly. I will no longer order online.
