I was told I had to order online and I waited the week for the order when all I had to do was come to your store and get the items from your freezer. this was my first time trying your store. I will come back another time

Overall great experience and products. Very reasonable prices. Only suggestion would be to call/reach out to customer before delivery, to make sure someone is home to accept the meat / make sure it doesn't sit out and go bad on a warm day.

I bought the holiday package which contained a variety of steaks, roast, and other things. Some of the meat has been adequate but I just opened up my NY Strips and one of them is over 50% fat cap.
I like some fat but this is a bit ridiculous.
