Thank you to Stratagem who resolved the 2FA issues on my account today. This was not a fault on the part of Stratagem, but rather a fault on the authenticator app I used. I sent a support request to Stratagem this morning, and very quickly I had a call back from them. Within minutes, after answering a few security questions, the support agent had me up and running again.

I migrated my website to Stratagem about 2 years ago, and it was the best decision I could have made in relation to my website. Stratagem are a first-class service. The team at Stratagem really endeavour to support you however they can. I asked for a BGP session on a cheap VPS and while they did not have a working system at first, they kept me up to date and informed me of any changes and even remote debugging in order to get our session established. Communication is key and Stratagem have very strong communication.
