The hosting company I'd been using for many years botched an internal migration, losing WordPress theme settings and a complicated article I'd written, and corrupting some of the text. Stratagem spotted a Twitter post I'd made and invited me to move my site onto their server. They made the transition as painless as possible and kept me informed of progress. Stratagem provides old-fashioned, human-based service and it's a pleasure to do business with them.

My site had crashed and my existing host & other hosts I'd found were either unable to understand what I needed or unable to help. Within 12 hours of discovering Stratagem, they had understood my problem, migrated my site for me, set everything up and got the whole thing running. I went to bed with a broken website on my existing host, and woke up to find my fully functioning website operating on Stratagem - I couldn't be happier! I found their customer service to be absolutely exceptional and the quality of what they are providing is also outstanding. It's also a very fair price! This strikes me as the best host I've used since I started in 2005, and I'm really glad that they found me and were able to help. I 100% recommend!

Could not be happier with Stratagem Hosting! They helped me solve a problem that I had with another hosting company even though I did not have a hosting account with them and was just looking. Needless to say I have already switched one website and will be migrating the others also soon. The servers are considerably faster and all of the issues I had with the previous hoster are just gone.......everything works as it should. And last but not least, the support is just 10/10 !!!
