To date, Stratagem has provided an absolutely first-class service. Not only is their hosting infrastructure solid, their customer service and technical support is superb. They're actually so good at what they do, after a couple of weeks of hosting a small personal project on their cloud platform, I decided to move my companies dedicated web, mail and database servers from another major hosting company to their infrastructure, virtualizing them in the process. Their VPS servers save money, provide more control and there's less to go wrong. Considering the potential for things to go awry, migration was a breeze thanks to good comms, and technical excellence demonstrated by their engineers. The Stratagem platform feels solid and I'm experiencing snappy, low latency connections across the board. Importantly, Stratagem also listen and have worked with me to provide the perfect local/remote backup solution.

I was a little worried at first by how complicated the whole switching process would be, and whether it would mean my site would be down. Turns out I had nothing to worry about. Ben at Stratagem was "by my side", so to speak, for the whole process. In fact, he did everything. The required input from me was negligible, to say the least. I had a whole bunch of questions that I asked prior to, during, and after the switching process. No question was too difficult, nor indeed too "stupid" to ask. As far as I am aware, my site was not down at any time. The support from Stratagem is first class, and I felt that they really appreciated my custom on a personal level. Hosting, its pretty dull stuff, lets be honest about that, what you really want is a host that works, the best thing about Stratagem hosting has been that pretty bullet proof since we deployed with them, they helped us design what we need, and fire and forget deployment. This matters to us, because our business runs on what is run in our hosting instances and any issues would have a large material impact on us.

The guys in the company are responsive, have always answered any questions we have had in a timely manner, which hasn't been many as like I say, its just working. Other than that they also have nice facial hair, so if you're looking for bearded tech wizards I wouldn't look any further.
