He was so easy to talk to. Very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. The handover was seamless and everything was explained. We would highly recommend Lowdhams.

I got in touch with the parts department on 30/03/23 to ask about a replacement window for my Airstream it took nearly a week to get a answer that one had been found in America and could take 3 to 4 month to arrive i said ok but it needed to be booked in to be fitted. I have constantly phoned and dont get a reply they are the only registered dealer in the country selling one of the most expensive Trailers in the county they have no interest in service just to sell.I called Adventure Leisure and had one fitted within a week this company used to be a main dealer and had one in stock why on earth cant Lowdhan. I tried to get mine serviced 2 years ago and then told they could not service the toilet as the one that was in it not standard it is thy just dont want to service anything just sell.

Isn’t it strange that you only get any communication when you write a complaint asking the same question as I had ever time before.

Would definitely recommend buying a motorhome from here.
Would give an extra star for after sales support.

"TERRIBLE AFTERSALES"

Where do you start with this company , the sales team are excellent in getting you to spend your money £32K in my case , however once the sale is over the problems start the after sales and service are a complete nightmare. After the first service they found a high damp reading and now after 8 months and having to tow the van to them 3 times this issue hasn’t been sorted. There is no updates so you are always having to ring them but they never answer the phone, you leave a message on answerphone that they promise to return your call but never do. Meanwhile my caravan obviously still had a damp issue which is getting worse all the time.
My advice to anyone is go elsewhere , I myself have contacted a solicitor and in the process of taking legal advice about the way to go in the future
