Thanks to Gemma and the service department for sorting out the fresh/waste valve problem. Apparently there were no valve brackets fitted by Swift, this led to the valves eventually falling off. Excellent service by Gemma and team right from ringing up whilst on holiday to rectifying the problem. Poor quality control from Swift which Lowdhams have had to rectify.

Need to email just to say how brilliant you are at lowdham leisure world. In particular Richard Walsh. I’ve never in my life known a sales executive go so far above and beyond to satisfy his customers.
On a Sunday afternoon I brought my van in as the water pump was not operating at all. He personally fixed the issue of some sort of air blockage. I was so grateful and it allowed us to carry on to our booked site that evening albeit a few hours later than we anticipated. Thank you Richard so grateful. You are such an asset to lowdhams.
Bit of a shout out also to Charlie, DARE graduate in the class of 2003. Well done Charlie 😊

"Great sales experience from Stuart"

We had great sales service from Stuart when we bought our new van. From communication about spec, price and extras through to an excellent handover which was great for us as campervan newbies. Having the option to stay on site overnight was excellent.
We haven't used the service center yet so cannot comment on that.
Would definately recommend based on our experience.

The whole process from start to finish. From the sale, part exchange, and pick up of the new caravan. Kirby was the salesman and had a wealth of experience, he wasn’t pushing for a sale. Just waited till we had made our decision. Everything was made very clear with regards to the paperwork etc and the sale all went smoothly.

"Excellent throughout"

The process of finding, ordering and collecting our van was made very easy by Kirby. We had asked for some extras (motor mover and air-con) and these had been fitted by the individual companies in advance of collecting it. We had a comprehensive hand-over and that identified an issue between our car and the van lights: low current LEDs aren't always identified by the car but they replaced a panel in the van before we left.

No issues, just an easy experience.
