After making our decision to purchase our new Motorhome, the team at Lowdhams have helped us with advice and service throughout, Kevin has always been there to help with any questions, and although the hand over was not quite the way it should have gone, he still went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with our outfit. We have always been welcomed and looked after, everyone is friendly and approachable, we will no doubt be back when and if we decide to upgrade.

Another great purchase from Lowdhams. We used to go to the Huddersfield branch that sadly closed due to the pandemic, but the one at Gunthorpe was just as good. Sales staff brilliant and the service team friendly. Highly recommended.

One star as I cannot go negative.
We bought a brand new campervan from Lowdhams in May 2024.
In July 24 a cover fell off the awning. I contacted Lowdhams immediately.
8 months later, wrong part sent and I still haven’t received the correct part. Despite numerous requests the service manager has not called. I escalated to the customer service director and still no call or no part, even after requesting them to change contact details on their system to mine as my wife had been primary contact when we ordered.
Not only would I not recommend I would actively discourage anyone from using them. Customer service is non existent and trying to contact a person directly is impossible. Despite promises for call none have materialised. They promise high but deliver extremely low.
Wish they sorted the issue as quickly as the follow up on bad reviews. I have phoned the number stated countless times but there is never anyone “available” left messages to return my calls that never happened. Resent replies to emails originally sent in December 2024. This issue was a very easy one to resolve god help anyone who has a serious issue!!
REALLY GO ELSEWHERE WHERE ITS NOT JUST ABOUT A SALE!!!

Information and support in choosing the right new motorhome for us, without any sales pressure, was brilliant.
We got a great trade-in deal.
Every member of staff from reception to management have been exemplary, but I would particularly single out the salesperson who was helpful to the nth degree and even arranged a loan vehicle when there was a delay at the manufacturer’s so that we could go to a music festival.
After care provision continues to be exemplary.
