"Dreadful After Sales Service "
Warranty Work on a new Bailey Unicorn -
3 years of stress after being ignored, mislead & blatantly lied to time after time by the service department. Most of the warranty work was carried out by me so that we could use the caravan. The pre collection checks did not pick up faults - they did not offer to do any any of the small works at all. The compensation they have offered for the restricted use of our new caravan, my wasted time bringing my caravan to Lowdhams who then had it on more than one occasion for weeks without doing anything to it, all of my time & money I spent on repairs is pathetic.
This was the 4th caravan we have purchased from Lowdhams - their treatment of a loyal customer in the appalling lack of after sales service care means you should think very carefully about spending your money with Lowdhams.

We have just picked up our new Motorhome from Lowdhams. Great experience, all the staff were friendly and helpful, in particular Charlie Sharpe who we met at the October show and took us through the whole sales process including the handover of the new Motorhome. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend Lowdhams and would happily use them in the future.

We then spent 4days on their parking facility free of charge with all amenities
If we had any problems or questions they where answered straight away
We then decided we wanted a Bike Rack fitting Jenny from Service department sourced one for us straight away
Richard arranged the fitting of it the next day
Even the lady in the cafe gave us some milk
The lovely gentleman in the shop gave us some rubbish sacks because we had run out
Lowdhams works just like a big family everyone is so willing to help you we have had a great experience with them and will definitely be coming back in years to come

The process of choosing/buying was relaxed and unhurried. Sandra was very pleasant and helpful throughout. We felt very comfortable asking questions and feel we can still get back to her post purchase. One small disappointment was that the valeting had not been done thoroughly- something we discovered when we got home.

Duncan ( sales) was pleasant and helpful, as was the handover by I think her name was Sheila was excellent. P D I however was a bit lacking as there are two screws where a carbon monoxide device should be. And a repair had to be done to refix a corner part. But all round all good 😊

We had a great experience. The staff were extremely helpful. We were not pressured or pestered at all throughout our series of visits. Staff were knowledgeable, friendly and very courteous. During our caravan purchase, we did not feel rushed or hassled at all. With staff members more than willing to answer any questions and rectify any problems we had immediately.
