We bought our CV80 last week. Jamie went above and beyond to help us(even picked us up from the train station)He is doing us videos of how everything works in the van too. "Visited lowdhams at gunthorpe Bridge…"

Visited lowdhams at gunthorpe Bridge for a little browse around their caravans, found one we liked spoke to Steve corr very friendly helpful bloke but was late in the day to fully commit so said I'd return a few days later...which I did taking my parents as my dad has years caravanning experience, we returned for a good poke around again Met by Steve who gave us space to prod and poke around no pushy sales pitches which was great , looked through all the paperwork and decided to purchase. Every step of the way from sorting out our snag list to ordering parts Steve kept us up to date ...we visited the shop where they had an already printed up list of what us caravan newbies would need for our first caravan there was a lovely lady in the shop who again was very knowledgeable about the different security products etc, happy with our purchases Steve even got the team to fit our nemesis lock. Very helpful. We visited the coffee shop well worth a visit delicious cakes and pastries and lovely staff and coffee everyone at lowdhams was friendly polite and helpful to any question we asked. There was no hard sell no demand of a deposit and no pushyness which working in retail myself made a nice change.

What a wonderful experience from the moment we walk though the doors at Lowdhams Nottingham looking for our first caravan we looked around and found the perfect one Brian the salesman was amazing helping us asked us to look around for anything that we were unhappy with a couple of minor repairs inside ie cup holder was broken off. On day of collection we arrived unfortunately Brian was off the hand over was by a lovely lady Sandra every thing was explained and showed how everything worked and that we were happy with it all. We spent the night on there rally field to make sure everything worked amazing offer as if you have any issues there there to help first class service thank you

We bought our first caravan from this company and they were excellent throughout. Very helpful and no pressure to buy etc. The standard of the caravans are excellent and decent prices. I would recommend.
