Hand over ok however issue with power touch motor mover installation ,blebbing decal and in operative tracker and app detracted from the experience. Had to liaise by What’s app video at home with Sargent to correct issue. Therefore questionable PDI procedures.

We saw the van we wanted at the motor show, and were show around by Richard Walsh, as we lived 50 miles from Lowdhams they brought the van to us for a test drive etc . Good service from all at Lowdhams we dealt with . Hopefully the good service will continue should we encounter any problems . Collected the van Saturday and the first night on Lowdhams camping field which was nice and had we encountered any problems they were on hand to offer advice .

Barry and the team got our Campervan purchase ready in super quick time so that we could have in time for our road trip. The handover was unrushed and helped by us being able to stay on the site afterwards to familiarise ourselves with our new wheels!

We stopped on the rally field and had a small problem with the TV aerial, Andy came out from the service team and resolved it quickly even though he was due to leave for the day in five minutes, again excellent service

Always happy to answer our many questions & able to accommodate last minute changes after we asked for aircon to be fitted with just a few days notice. "Purchase of second hand Motorhome"

We purchased our Motorhome online but was assured if we didn't like it we would have a refund of our deposit. Our salesman was excellent at keeping us informed of the sale and anything we asked help for he went above and beyond to assist. We left Lowdhams having been able to use the overnight facilities to check everything was working which after a few little issues were sorted very promptly we left for a week's holiday in Wales. The van is perfect as were Lowdhams . They even gave us a warranty to cover any area as we live on the South coast. Very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you to Steve who made it all possible.

From our first phone enquiry with Jamie the service received was excellent.
He sent us videos of 2 vans to view and he has followed up with genuine professionalism throughout our pre purchase, hand over and after queries.
Just a shame the van had 3 fault on it a disappointment for a quality German van.
We feel confident that these issues will be delt with swiftly.
