Excellent customer service from choosing the caravan to picking the caravan up. Nothing was a problem. Kirby the salesperson walked us through the process from beginning to end.
Shirley explained all the workings and controls of the caravan expertly before we took it away.
The service dept also quickly changed the gas tails over from propane to butane.
The caravan had been cleaned both inside and outside and looked brand new.
All in all every department in Lowdhams did a magnificent job.

The reason 5 stars not given is due to communication error in applying the diamond stain free product to our caravan before delivery and I had to call to find out had it been done which it hadn't but as soon as I made the call Shirley was fabulous sorted it and we received a call from the company who arranged to come to us
