He was extremely sensitive to our mobility issues & couldn’t have been more helpful.
He was knowledgeable & professionally gave us good explanations about the numerous vans onsite & we felt valued as customers.

They had the exact van layout we were looking for. Although part exchange wasn't what we really wanted we went with their offer.
Handover did not go to plan but can not fault how hard they worked to resolve the issues that arose. We stayed on site over night and further support and attention the next morning was very reassuring.

"New Caravan collection"

The handover was detailed and helpful. We were able to stay in the caravan on-site for a couple of nights which enabled us to get familiar with the fan and ask for technical assistance if we had any problems or questions. As newbies this was incredibly helpful. We live in Suffolk but it was definitely worth travelling for a couple of hours as Lowdhams are much better set-up than our local dealers
