"Changes happening "
There is no secret that the after sales experience at this branch has been less than satisfactory, over the 12 months since I purchased my van I have had a very negative experience from incompetent, rude and untrustworthy staff within the after sales department.
Even resulting in having to raise official complaints of which were also handled poorly.
The entire process undermined what should be a positive and joyful experience in purchasing and owning a campervan.
Credit where credit is due, I now must provide for a change some positive feedback.
New leadership from Martin and his No.2 Christina has seen many changes, all for the positive, staff have been moved on and changes are afoot.
They have their work cut out but from my experience they are well equipped to turn things around and create a new culture with a customer centred approach.
Martin is completely honest about things and won’t just tell you what you want to hear, the workshop has an ongoing high demand for it’s services so Martin will keep you updated and offer realistic timeframes as to when your van can be seen and attended to correctly.
For all those that had the poor experience I originally did it’s now time to get on the phone and talk to the new team. If unsatisfied with how your need is being managed, then ask to speak with Martin directly.

"Can't fix a brand new motorhome "
Bought a brand new bailey adamo 69-4 motorhome went wrong less than 12 months old still waiting for it to be repaired 6 months later terrible after care service they do not care. They are the worst motorhome and caravan dealer in the country never never again please buy elsewhere you will regret buying from them. The warranty repair team are useless. And the management do not care
