I’ve had an issue with my order arriving, but after reaching out, Katie from customer service was excellent, and sorted it all out rather quickly for me by sending me a new order with a different courier. Although I had a problem, I would still rate 5 stars due to the excellent customer service i received! Thank you Katie!

"I ordered 2 identical items but…"

I ordered 2 identical items but received 2 different items. It was diwn me to go 10 miles put of my way to return the wrong one using a business returns label. Unfortunately I was unable to do this and a work colleague took to the post offuce for me without obtaining proof of postage. Lisa Angel say they have not received it back. I am now £21 out of pocket because I was sent the wrong item!

I ordered a personalised bracelet for my husband as a present on the 23rd of January with delivery for Feb 2nd… long waiting time as it was. I contacted Lisa Angel yesterday to see where my order was to find out that the package was delayed until nearer the 11th of Feb…….had I know I would be waiting for such a long time I would never have ordered. His bday has been and gone and I still have no gift 😩
I was never even informed of a delay, had to chase it myself. First and last time ordering here.
All they offered was a 15% refund.. I don’t want a refund I want the product I bought!!!!

Gifted an ear cuff for Xmas which unfortunately broke on first use, Lisa angel were so lovely and helpful and allowed us to swap the ear cuff with an extra £5 spending on any product we wanted! So lovely and generous of them, was much appreciated and the new earrings are stunning!

Unfortunately I had ordered the wrong size for a personalised black leather bracelet however Lisa Angel had incredible customer service after reaching out to them they are now sending out a smaller size and I’m able to keep the larger one as a spare. A wonderful company, would definitely recommend to anyone.
