"Don't waste your time "
The second time I have ordered this year and paid for next day delivery - on the checkout it lists the dates for delivery and associated cost. Both times I have taken the next day option and paid the price. Each time it has been posted with regular mail and taken 3 days to arrive. Today I called customer services who couldn't care less - refunded my delivery cost and assured me the items would be delivered today even though I could see the tracking details which stated they had not left the depot.
Used to be a great company with quality and unique items sadly succumb to profit and not really caring for customers. I will not buy from them again.

In theory should be wonderful but they cancelled my order without any explanation at all - not by email, message or phone call. I found this very rude and after spending a long time browsing on their website I will have to order my triplets birthday presents elsewhere.

I saw the gorgeous greetings cards with the dried flowers online and thought they would make a lovely valentines card for my fiancee. I sent a message to Lisa Angel asking if they would be able to match the little arrangement to the colours we are using for our wedding and they were so so helpful, I sent some photos from our wedding pinterest board and they were attached to my order.
I have just received the card and it's beautiful, high quality, the gold lettering looks amazing, and the flowers could not be more perfect. I'm tempted to use it as a buttonhole on our wedding day.
Absolute 10 out of 10 experience from start to finish. Thanks so much to everyone at Lisa Angel!

"Excellent service"
I have ordered from Lisa's Angel twice recently and on both occasions I have been very happy with them. My first order was a personalised leather bracelet which arrived within the time frame and was beautiful. My second order was a silver bracelet but I have just returned this. I knew when ordering it may be too big for my son but I took the chance and ordered the smallest size 19". The bracelet was again beautiful And he was disappointed to return it but it was just too loose. The customer service was excellent I got an email response within the hour on a weekend with a prepaid label. I posted it back on the following Friday and I got an email first thing Monday morning saying my refund was processed. I would definitely recommend Lisa Angel and will be ordering again.
