"Poor Quality Checks"
I ordered multiple gifts from Lisa Angel thinking that this was a reputable company. However, the quality checking is not up to standard. The first item I had issue with was a personalised travel watch box and the lettering was just off centre which gave it a really cheap look. I received notification that a replacement had been sent after my complaint. Hopefully the replacement is better.
Furthermore, another item I received a couple of days later - a pair of earrings with hanging droplets - one earring had the droplet hanging back to front!
I feel apprehensive now to give the gifts to my family as I feel the quality is likely to be poor and not last. Embarrassing and I feel like I need to send an apology note with the gifts!!

I had to contact customer service regarding a late delivery after selecting a next day option. I received an email of apology with assistance on tracking my item aswell as an immediate refund of the shipping cost. I was delighted with my order when it arrived even though it was a few days late! (Due to being mis-sorted at the delivery hub, not the fault of the Lisa Angel)

"Faulty earrings"
Bought two pairs of the same earrings and both had a problem with the clasp. Unfortunately I contacted the company outside of the warranty so unable to get an exchange/refund. Have noticed on other products across their website the same issue is noted in reviews.

Our chopping board arrived damaged, I contacted customer service who replied the next morning sending out a replacement and we don’t need to send the old one back. Just received an email saying it had been dispatched already. Really impressed with the customer service and would deffo use again!

We have purchased from Lisa Angel many times, and this summer we ordered a batch of 10 personalised bracelets for a group gathering, they were perfect, the attention to detail on each engraving was consistently excellent.
The engraved bracelets delighted all the party and were a wonderful souvenir of the occasion.

The team at Lisa Angel went above and beyond to help. I bought a 3 heart necklace and it broke and tarnished within a month of wearing it. I raised my concerns and they were very prompt in responding and got another one sent out (and uograded!) the next day. Will definitely purchase from them in the future

Disappointed. Ordered this ceramic trinket dish for a dear friend and received a cracked ceramic dish. However I was fully reimbursed and received my money back on return of item.
