Absolutely gorgeous personalised bracelet. Engraving is so cute and very fast delivery. If buying men’s bracelet I would suggest ordering the 22cm (large). I would definitely recommend. I will be buying more from this site.

"Customer service awful!! "

I could nt order online probs so rang customer service as Wouldn't accept delivery address or 10%discount. I was ordering a bracelet for a friend who had just lost her husband! I spent ages on phone repeating details! and gave them twice message to be sent with item. I was told had to pay delivery charge as discount code meant i had paid less than £20! Not happy with charge as discount code waste of time but went ahead with sale. My friend received item but she didn't know who it was off? No message in package! She had to email company for details! All she needed after loosing her husband! I had to ring up yet again! Would not recommend this company lack of customer service. I did aftr complaining and requesting delivery charge back suppose to be receiving that in the future? I wonder?

Beautiful items and all arrived quickly. Ordered some very fragile items and they were really well packaged and arrived in one piece.

Tarnished. Customer service said there’s nothing they can do as these will tarnish in time. It’s a shame as the pieces I received have great sentimental value to me and I’m very sad to not be able to wear them anymore. Do not purchase
