This necklace was bought for me as a present. It was tarnished and the letters were not clear. Good enough they exchanged it. However less than 5 months later the necklace pendant is tarnished, the ‘silver’ has worn off and can’t be cleaned however much I try. I feel sorry for my daughter who bought this as a wedding present for me, as it is now almost unwearable and it was not cheap.

I received my personalised necklace this morning. It was a special birthday gift for my daughter with her twins and husbands names. Its awful! Supposed to be a russian ring necklace. You cant read any of the letters, its just a mixed up jumble . The letters have caused the rings to be misshapen on the opposite side. Necklace feels really cheap. I wont be giving this to my daughter. Despite sending photos of how bad the lettering is, Ive been told its non refundable. Avoid!

I was a bit apprehensive with sizing and not seeing it physically but I am SO pleased I ordered it. It arrived in good time, beautifully packaged and it is absolutely what I wanted and fits perfectly. I am so so happy with my purchase and I will be using you again. Thank you! :)
