"Not a great experience"

Not a great experience. Beautiful product arrived quickly which was great but it was damaged. Contacted the seller via not on the high street.....nightmare! Took weeks to resolve but was eventually sent a replacement. I think my experience would have been more positive if I could have had a direct contact to Lisa Angels.

"Excellent Customer Service"

I purchased an order for a customised necklace. I had a few questions so I sent an enquire and received a lovely response within a few hours on a Sunday. Customer Service was excellent. It took a bit longer than expected to ship but it is Christmas time so I completely understand. Well worth the wait the necklace was beautifully engraved and packaged well so it didn’t tangle. I’m usually hesitant order from overseas countries (I’m in Australia) but I will definitely be purchasing from here again! Would definitely recommend!

Ordered a silver bracelet which arrived within the timeframe specified but was poorly polished and packaged in a pre-used zip-loc bag. Disappointing considering the price paid.

Company is selling drink products that have been repoured from the original bottles. They should tell you this on the website.

"I do not recommend"

This company registered on several wholesale platforms. You place your order, wait for days and still get a negative response that you can't sell where you want. That is, after you made the payment. You cannot sell the products on any platforms like Amazon, eBay, ETSY (even if you customize the products). Instead of warning buyers before going through this would be easier for everyone. Remember, if you want to buy from this company you will only be able to sell in specific places. Not worth it. It has many best and biggest wholesalers that you can buy and sell as and wherever you want. Lisa angel, let buyers know first. Make this visible as an alert 🚨 before people place orders and pay for your products.

"10/10 on Service and Quality"

I ordered two very special bracelets which included handwriting from a recently lost loved one. When I received them they where absolutely stunning and I was over the moon with just how beautiful they were, sadly one had a fault. I emailed the Customer Service Team who got back to me within a couple of hours on a Sunday, provided me with their sincerest apologies and my options. My new replacement was ordered that same day and delivered within 4 days. I can not fault the quality or service and I know there will be a lot of happy tears with these beautiful gifts. Thank you Lisa Angel for going above and beyond.

"So disappointed"

So disappointed. I ordered and received a personalised bookmark for a dear friend. How you think it’s ok to charge £17 for a length of cheap ribbon and a tiny, thin piece of metal is beyond me. The name stamped onto the thin metal is barely readable and is visible from the underside of the star. I don’t normally spend this amount of money on a gift but my friend has had such a tough year and reading has been her salvation. l thought this would be the perfect gift for her. I’m embarrassed to give it to her.
