The FF collection has great local content. The print I chose was of particular personal significance. The print was clear and well mounted in an attractive frame. It arrived promptly and was well packaged; with no use of plastics!

Inscription was not balanced. Recipients name off centre of greeting.

"Quality of photographs is superb"

Quality of photographs is superb, but were claimed to be 8 by 12 and were not. They were smaller and mounted on 8 by 12 cards which was very disappointing. It turned out that this was my error in not reading description closely enough.Personal service from Claire was excellent however and she has offered me a discount for a new order which I thank her for sincerely.
