Kash was creative about suggestions to improve the property to make it more attractive to prospective tenants and successfully obtained new tenants at a time when demand for properties was low. They both implemented the renovation plan quickly and efficiently, effectively managing the builders and furnishing the property well and at a reasonable cost. Kash knew what he was doing, understood my requirements and gave me confidence that he would deliver. He did. Heidi was highly diligent about the check out process, replacement of furniture and fittings and ensured that the new tenants were happy and comfortable. She spent a lot of time getting things right.
