Worst experience I had . I wouldn't recommend them to any one . They told me I will get my certificate after I finish the course but today is 6 day and I'm still waiting . They know my phone so they don't pickup !!!!!!!

"Scam!! Do not recommend!!"
Scam! I’ve called a couple of months ago and registered myself into a Transport Manager course with them, paid more then £900. Obviously they took the money straight away and after that they kept postponing me, that I will receive an email with full details but never got one. I was suppose to start the course today. Have tried to contact them many times without success. I definitely don’t recommend them!! Avoid

Thanks to my trainer Barry Kieran at the Huntersville location he helped me pass through that course it wasn't easy at times but we made it not only did I pass but gained a friend thanks cp and Mr Barry

"Cpc training"
Read a few reviews on hear just after booking my first cpc online section, made me a bit apprehensive, got my joining info a few hours before course was due, joining session was quit easy even for me and I’m not very good with computer. Session itself was informative but has with most people who drive for a living 90% was things I already new. That said I need cpc and it has to be done. I’ve booked a couple more and will be all done in a few days, I’ve found driverhire training to be value for money and straightforward to deal with

"Why I wouldn't recommend"
I was really looking forward to driverhire CPC & generally just trusted the brand name. Logisically everything went really smoothly from payment to taking the course using their online platform all the way through to get your CPC certificate.
I got a mixture of instructors. Some were better than others. Alot of the presentations were poor in terms of details & explanation. Also on a number of occasions the day was finished 45mins early & breaks were generous so if your looking for an easy ride then go for it but if your actually looking for professional training then find something else.
On a last note there was one day were we had 2 modules & the instructor skipped one full module & coerced everyone into not saying anything. I'm sure this doesnt happen very often but it did happen.
Next time I need to do my CPC Im going to look for another company. Ive got my eye on chartwise with Chris Allen because I was impressed with his materials on WTD & Euorpean drivers hours.

"poor service and very pissed off"
my name is Graham Martin but my partners name is at the top of page and i cant get rid of it ....................i have paid for a course for Sunday 8/11/20 . i paid for the course on 5/11/20 they took my money straight away and i had an email confirming the payment and it also stated that i would receive another email shortly with the details i need to log on to the course i paid for... i received no such email ... Friday came and still no email then Saturday came and still no email ... also on the Saturday the day before my due course i called the 0808 number they give for their customer service , no answer , instead all i got was a recorded message saying how good their service was and that someone would be with me shortly and then it gave out a number for a Diane toft or whatever her name is in response for getting your course logging on details, i called her 5 times and more with an answer machine message , all Saturday afternoon i called her and the customer service number with no answer . it is Saturday now when i am writing this and i have no details of the course i have paid for which i am suppose to be doing tomorrow (Sunday) looks like i wont be doing it and i will be wanting a refund of the money i paid.. very poor service and i dont know how they can have 95% good service , what a load of rubbish and lies. and thats being polite about the whole ordeal.

"Shocking customer services"
Absolutely shocking .done my cpc course online and was happy with the service .until I received a letter from dvla stating there was a problem and driver hire haven't put correct information to them .my card has been cancelled.on saturday I called them saying there was a problem and was told I would be contacted Monday. I have been online for some help got giving a number to call and its been ingaged all day .I now have lost 2 days pay and cant get this problem resolved .customer services are a joke .dony use this comoany wery unprofessional.its now tuesdsy and lines still ingaged and no email or reply .

"Online cpc training (due to Covid19)"
I was in need of completing a cpc course as my card had expired, I did usual review checks and these guys looked good!! How right I was to go with them, priced fairly, the online course was conducted fantastic, I would have no problem recommending them. Thanks to Dianne in office,
