I was on this course today to Sit in on the OLat Training today with Jackie to get a better understanding on why clients need this and being in the office I now know I can go and speak to clients about this! Jackie was brilliant from the get go yesterday she kept us all focused on what she was talking about and also took time to deeper explain stuff and answered any question we put over to her! Would 100% do a training course with Jackie again!
